What we are looking for:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Adept with Agentic coding tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• A taste for Product and Design
• Excellent communication skills
• First principles thinking
• Ability to go down the rabbit hole to solve problems
• Willingness to understand the field and the customer (not just tech!)
• Comfortable in managing large amounts of data
• Has working understanding of GIT version control
• Ability to work with Command Line (CLI) tools
• Has experience of actually building useful software systems
• Recent graduates (2023-2025).
